Ardingly College – South Quad

This view was commissioned by the college to match the previous painting I had carried out of the front. It shows the lovely Magnolia tree to the left of the arch and the scale of the college. Behind where I am standing is a huge drop down and then eventually to the reservoir.

There is a plaque on the wall which says “Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh stood to enjoy this view on Monday 9th June 1958 when they visited the school to mark its centenary.

I painted the long view from the reservoir looking towards the house.

Placing an Order

To place an order for the Ardingly College painting, you will need to select which option you prefer from the dropdown below.

For the large size, the size of the print is 13½” x 10½” in a mount of  20” x 16”.
If you opt for a frame this makes the overall size 21” by 17”.
For the small size, the size of the print is 9½” x 6½” in a mount of  16” x 12”.
If you opt for a frame this makes the overall size 17” by 13”.
